Leonard Charles has released a free sample pack for producers using Ableton Live, inspired by the legendary hip-hop producer, J Dilla.
Leonard Charles has reinterpreted J Dilla’s Donuts album with his own twist using live instruments, and was kind enough to release a free Ableton Live sample pack made from three of the instruments used in the albums production. The sampled instruments are the Roland MP-600 (an electric piano from 1978), Moog Slim Phatty and Roland Rhythm 330 drum machine.
