Mindstate: Ambient Drum Loops

Mindstate is a free collection of ambient drum loops, inspired by liminal spaces like the strange calm of an empty mall, a quiet train platform at night or a hallway that seems to go on forever. This loop pack has 40 soft, dreamy drum loops that are meant to be gentle and roomy, with soft hits and echoes that fade into the distance. They give your production a steady heartbeat without crowding it.

Each of these loops has its own personality so the whole pack stays fresh from start to finish. Some loops barely move, like a slow, sleepy pulse while others sway, shuffle or stumble along in a relaxed way that makes a track feel like it’s floating. These hand-crafted sounds are perfect for ambient music, lo-fi beats, dream pop, soundtracks or any project that needs atmosphere more than punch.

Every loop is 8 bars long and comes as a high-quality 24-bit WAV file. Tempos range from a slow 58 BPM to a gentle 100 BPM and each filename lists the tempo and groove style so you can find what you need at a glance. Drag a loop into your project, match the tempo or stretch the same and you’re ready to go.
