Sample Pack Details
The G-Town Church Sampling Project is a free, Creative Commons–licensed collection of high-quality audio samples recorded by Swedish music producer Tobias Marberger in his local church in Grebbestad. This expansive library of sounds is designed for musicians, producers and sound designers seeking authentic, acoustically rich sounds to use within their musical projects.
This versatile sample pack stands out for its natural acoustics and the variety of instruments captured, offering a unique sonic palette for creative exploration. The pack delivers a multitude of valuable samples which include percussion of many different kinds (anvil, snare, wood sticks, hihat, brushplate, bongos) as well as piano, organ, waterbowl, mandolin, glockenspiel, flute and many other high quality recordings.
The pack also contains 27 multi-sampled instruments in SFZ format, converted by S. Christian Collins. These include enhancements such as round-robin alternation and velocity layering, making the samples more expressive and playable.
